Lumenai turns lab panels, wearable data, and decades of mortality research into one record you actually understand. Built for people who'd rather read a study than be sold to.
Upload lab PDFs in any language — parsed in about thirty seconds. Or order a panel through any local lab — Adicon, KingMed, Quest, your annual health check. We don't bundle the draw, you keep the receipt.
Every marker classified against age- and sex-stratified ranges from the longevity literature. A 250-word executive summary, regenerable on demand. Health Score, Fitness Age, Bio-age — derived honestly.
Quarterly retest reminder built in. Pace-of-aging unlocks after your second panel. Wearable, DNA, and supplement stack layer in if you want. The record is yours to export.
Synthetic numbers, real layout. Yours fills with your panels, wearable, DNA, supplements — and the AI runs against all of it.
Upload any panel PDF and we parse it — health-check reports in any language work. Every marker classified against age- and sex-stratified optimal ranges from the longevity literature, not the inflated lab reference. Per-marker trends across every panel you've ever drawn.
intervals.icu is live and acts as a hub — Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Strava, Apple Watch and more flow in through a single connection. Withings is a direct integration for body composition. HRV, sleep, resting heart rate, training load, body fat — every signal scored against the same evidence base as your labs.
Upload your 23andMe, AncestryDNA, or MyHeritage raw file. We extract thirteen well-validated actionable variants — MTHFR, APOE, CYP2C19, HFE, the ones that change a clinical decision. The rest of your genome never leaves your machine.
Pick a goal mode — longevity, build muscle, fat loss, endurance, cardio, general. Targets recompute from your bodyweight and BMR. Log daily totals; see today vs targets, seven-day patterns, and a live micronutrient panel pulled from your latest bloodwork.
Versioned active supplement and Rx stack with timing windows. When you stop something, you log why. Two months later, when cortisol drops, the timeline tells the story — no more wondering what changed.
Chat with Claude about your data — it reads every panel, every reading, your DNA, your stack, your nutrition pattern, your wearable trends. The dashboard's executive synthesis pulls all of it into a refreshable 250-word summary.
The big platforms hand you back a single biological age from an eight-marker blood algorithm anchored to your birthday — change the birthday, the number changes. Lumenai ships a seventeen-marker KDM clock trained on NHANES III plus PhenoAge as a second opinion, and de-headlines the absolute number in favour of Health Score, Fitness Age, trend, and pace. Three numbers that move when you do.
Cooper Institute treadmill percentiles. Klemera-Doubal bio-age method. Levine PhenoAge. Coefficients trained on NHANES III, with the training script in the repo. Methodology is a public page; every marker's contribution is auditable.
Full per-marker transparency. Manual entry and correction when the PDF parser misreads ALP. Honest caveats on every metric — including the ones we wish were better. We'd rather say this number isn't doing what you think than push another vanity score.

Free during beta. Pricing isn't finalized — when it is, expect a monthly subscription, not a bundled-lab annual plan. Lumenai doesn't include the draws, so the price reflects the software, AI, and storage, not the cost of the labs themselves. You'll hear from us before any pricing turns on.
No. Use any lab — Adicon, KingMed, Quest, your annual health check. Upload the PDF. We don't bundle the draw and we don't take a cut.
Lab PDFs in any major language parse correctly — the model normalizes marker names and units regardless of the source language. The member-facing UI is in English today; a translated UI lands before public launch.
Yes. One click — JSON plus original PDFs. The record is yours. No retention games, no walled garden.
On secured infrastructure in Singapore — Vultr compute and Supabase Postgres, with TLS via Let's Encrypt. Row-level security is enforced in Postgres so a member can only ever read their own data. Wearable API keys and OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. As the beta grows we'll add regional residency options.
In beta we steer everyone toward intervals.icu — it acts as a hub for Garmin, Wahoo, Polar, Suunto, Coros, Strava, Apple Watch (via Health Auto Export) and more, all through a single connection. Withings is a direct integration for body composition (weight, body fat %, muscle mass). Garmin direct is in developer approval; we'll add it as a parallel path when credentials clear. We use what you already have — Lumenai isn't a hardware company.
No. Lumenai is a personal health record and AI synthesis tool, not a medical provider. Bring the brief to your doctor — that's the whole point.
Every chat call reads your full record server-side — bloods, DNA, supplements, nutrition, wearable summary. The AI cites specific numbers from your data. The dashboard's executive synthesis runs the same bundle and is regenerable on demand.
Tell us your email and a sentence about yourself — what you're trying to learn from your record, what you've been using up to now — and we'll be in touch within a day or two.
